Processing Times

  • Officially licensed apparel orders are packed at and shipped from our fulfillment center.   These orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and only ship within the US at this time.

  • Nerd Factories Exclusives excluding Tubby Buddies Collectible Kits and Prop and Cosplay Kits are typically processed within 3-5 business days and ship within the US, Canada, and Mexico.

  • Tubby Buddies Collectible Kits and Prop and Cosplay Kits are typically processed within 3-5 business days and only ship within the US at this time.

  • We strive to process custom orders within 7 business days, but that could be extended or delayed depending on complexity. 

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • We will notify you if there is a delay beyond these times.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Items that appear in the Licensed Product Catalog are officially licensed apparel from Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars.  These items ship for $4.99 for standard shipping.  Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days. Due to our licensing agreement, we cannot ship those items outside of the US.

Items listed as Nerd Factories Exclusive Tubby Buddies Collectibles and Nerd Factories Exclusive Prop + Cosplay Kits have the cost of standard shipping added to the price automatically.  The price listed is the price you pay. Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days.  At this time, these items only ship within the US.

Items that are listed as Nerd Factory Exclusive and Nerd Factories Gear, with the exception of Tubby Buddies Collectible Kits and Prop + Cosplay Kits, ship at the following rates:

Gift Cards are digital products only and are only sent via email. There is no shipping cost associated with digital products.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If a substantial delay occurs, customers will be notified.

Any substantial deviation from these estimates will be communicated to the purchaser within 24 hours of us receiving the notification.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • This email will include your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at workshop@nerdfactories.com .
