Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nerd Factories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

To begin your return, please contact us at workshop@nerdfactories.com .

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Returns must be postmarked by that date.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Clearance items

  • Digital products or downloadable software

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Returns requested and postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) by the customer will receive an exchange, money back or store credit.  Returns are free. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information.
  • Returns requested and postmarked within 15-30 days of the receipt of the item(s) by the customer will receive an exchange or store credit.  Returns are free. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information.
  • Approved refunds will receive money back or store credit, whichever is applicable and/or requested within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are free when the return is processed according to our policies.

    Holiday Returns

    From 12:01 AM on November 15 until 11:59 PM on January 15, our return window will be extended. 

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Returns requested and postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) by the customer will receive an exchange, money back or store credit.  Returns are free. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information.
    • Returns requested and postmarked by January 15 will receive an exchange or store credit.  Returns are free. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information.
    • In the event that January 15 falls within the 14 day return window, the 14 day return window policy will apply. 
    • Approved refunds will receive money back or store credit, whichever is applicable and/or requested within 10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are free when the return is processed according to our policies.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if we made a mistake. If you need an exchange, contact us at workshop@nerdfactories.com.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
